News

New Correlation Tool Added

A new tool that allows you to correlate probe expression values across a chip is now up and running. Available under the 'Analysis' section.

Search Cell vs Gene now supports Heatmaps

Tables of probe set signal values can be exported as hyperlinked heat maps.

StemBase is now open!!

In an effort to expand functionality and usability, we have removed the required login for the site. You can browse, search and analyze any of the publicly available microarray experiments found here, without needing to register/login. (All publicly available experiments have also been uploaded to GEO, and links can be found in each experiment entry.)

You can still login with the username/password that you were previously supplied with, through the 'Login' link located in the upper right.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the site maintainer at ogicinfo@ohri.ca.
